Our assessors come from diverse backgrounds and are HCPC-registered psychologists – each has a minimum 5 years’ experience in working with children with Autism.
Parents and carers hold valuable information about children and are involved in every stage of the assessment.

More than 1 in 100 people in the UK are autistic. Recent NHS statistics reveal that, in December 2023, there were 172,022 patients with an open referral for suspected autism. Of these, 147,042 (85.5%) had a referral that had been open at least 13 weeks (NHS Digital, 2024).
Autism is three times more likely to present in boys than girls. Signs of autism in girls can present themselves differently and as a result can be missed if not diagnosed properly by an experienced professional.
