If you could have one superpower, what would it be? And how would you use it for good?
I would like the super power of being able to heaI. I would love to be able to snap my fingers to remove someone’s physical and mental suffering and to make everything better.
If you could give one piece of advice, what would it be?
Practice being self-compassionate. Give yourself the same kindness and support you would give a good friend when you’re struggling or feeling bad about yourself.
