Assessment

We understand that a diagnosis is just one step in a journey of self-discovery and understanding

That’s why we offer the UK’s largest network of professionals providing affirming, strength-based support and therapies tailored for both children and adults.

Our support and therapy is provided by our specialist team of clinicians; Psychologists (Educational, Clinical, Occupational, Counselling), Psychotherapists, Counsellors, Speech and Language Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.

How It Works: Personalised, Neurodiversity-Affirming Support for Adults and Parents

Whether you’re an adult seeking support for yourself or a parent/carer of a neurodivergent child, our process is designed to understand what matters most to you—and what will make the most meaningful difference in your or your child’s life.

    Face To Face Consultation

    Step 1

Tell us what matters to you

Start by completing our reflective support questionnaire. It helps us understand your or your child’s strengths, sensory needs, emotional wellbeing, executive functioning, communication style. This goal-based questionnaire looks at where you are now and what your hopes are for the future.

    Face To Face Consultation

    Step 2

Get matched with the right clinician

We thoughtfully match each adult or family with a clinician whose expertise and values align with your goals. Many of our clinicians bring both clinical experience and lived neurodivergent insight.

    Face To Face Consultation

    Step 3

    Have a collaborative consultation

In a 1-hour session (online or in person), you’ll explore current challenges, honour strengths, and identify what supports will be most helpful. Whether you’re navigating post-diagnostic clarity, parenting a neurodivergent child, or looking to better understand yourself, this session is tailored entirely to your needs.

    Face To Face Consultation

    Step 4

Receive a bespoke, impact-focused support plan

After your consultation, you’ll receive a personalised plan outlining the next steps that our clinicians believe will provide the most meaningful and beneficial support for you or your child. This may include recommendations across multiple disciplines—such as psychology, occupational therapy, ADHD coaching, or speech and language therapy—all carefully chosen to support your or your child’s needs, identity, and lived experience.

Autism & ADHD Assessment Hub Quality

Our client care team carefully matches you or your child with the clinician whose expertise best aligns with your unique needs and where you are in your journey.

Each member of our specialist Clinical Team has over five years of post-qualification experience supporting neurodivergent children, adults, and their families—before, during, and after diagnosis. All clinicians are DBS-checked and meet rigorous training, registration, and accreditation standards, verified through our safer recruitment process.

We take a neurodiversity-affirmative approach, recognising that neurodivergence is a natural part of human diversity. Many of our clinicians have lived experience, and we ensure that our assessments, support, and therapy focus on the whole person—acknowledging strengths and abilities as much as differences. Our goal is not just to assess “challenges” but to understand and support each individual holistically.

To shape our support services, we actively listen to the neurodivergent community. We attend parent support groups, host events for neurodivergent individuals and families, and regularly seek feedback through client questionnaires. This ensures our therapy and support offerings are collaborative and responsive, recognising that every individual’s experience is unique.

        What to expect

We offer both in-person, virtual or hybrid support sessions, which are tailored to your needs and informed by excellent clinical practice.

At the heart of our process is a 1-hour consultation that helps us understand what kind of support will make the most meaningful and lasting difference. This session isn’t just a formality—it’s a compassionate, collaborative space where we get to know the full picture of your or your child’s experience, strengths, and priorities.

To inform this session, we kindly ask you to complete a short questionnaire which gathers information on you/your child and seeks your views on key areas you would like to discuss and seek support with. This is then used by the lead clinician undertaking the consultation. The consultation aims to cover the following:

        • Emotional regulation and mental health
        • Executive functioning and daily living skills
        • Sensory processing and regulation
        • Social communication and relationships
        • Education and workplace support
        • Physical health and well-being
        • Identity and self-acceptance

Your responses will help shape the consultation, which is led by a clinician carefully matched to your needs and values. Together, you’ll explore your current challenges and strengths, reflect on your goals, and identify what type of support would be most impactful.

Following this session, you’ll receive a bespoke support plan outlining the recommended therapeutic approaches, how often support should take place, and the key areas it will focus on—always with the aim of creating positive, practical change in your life or your child’s.

You’ll also receive a clear breakdown of costs for the recommended sessions, along with flexible payment options. To make support more accessible, we offer the ability to spread payments over 3, 6, 9, or 12 months. Our aim is to ensure that cost is never a barrier to getting the support that’s right for you or your child.
