Our Assessors

Our expert team at the Autism & ADHD Assessment Hub are dedicated to providing a comprehensive and personalised assessment that truly seeks to understand your child’s unique needs. As part of the Antser Group, we bring over two decades of experience in carrying out NICE-guideline compliant assessments for local authorities, solicitors, and private individuals and organisations. Our team of experts will work together to assess your child’s development using the ADOS-2 and ADI-R assessment tools.

A dedicated case handler will be assigned to you throughout the assessment journey, providing a single point of contact and ensuring that your questions and concerns are addressed promptly. We ensure that at least one assessment is completed face-to-face, providing a personal touch and allowing us to understand your unique needs and concerns.
The ADOS-2 will take place at one of our convenient hub locations, during the assessment we’ll engage with your child in a playful way to observe their behaviour and gather information from your perspective.  We’ll review your child’s development, covering common signs of autism such as social communication challenges, repetitive behaviours and routines, sensory sensitivities, cognitive and emotional traits, interpersonal relationships, and behavioural and developmental signs. We’ll also consider how these signs may impact their educational and daily life, including challenges with transitions, following directions, and exceptional skills in specific areas.

The ADI-R and feedback will be completed remotely, making it convenient for you to participate from the comfort of your own space.

Our assessment is designed to be a supportive and child-centred experience. We’ll discuss all findings and present the outcome to you within clear timescales, once the assessment is complete. With our expertise and personalised approach, you can trust that you’re getting the best possible understanding of your child’s needs and the support they require to thrive.
