On Tuesday 14 October, we had the pleasure of returning to Phoebus Software in Solihull to deliver our second session on neurodivergence in the workplace.
Phoebus is an inspiring independent tech company that continues to show real commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive working culture. This follow-up session built on our earlier visit, moving from awareness to understanding, curiosity and action.
Led by our Clinical Directors, Dr Jess and Dr Zoe, the training explored what neurodiversity looks like in practice and how small, meaningful changes can help everyone thrive authentically in the workplace.
Reflecting on the session, our Clinicians shared:
“Together, we explored what neurodiversity really means in practice, moving beyond awareness to understanding, curiosity and action. Conversations touched on recognising strengths, adapting communication styles and creating environments where every individual can thrive authentically. These are exactly the kinds of discussions that help shift cultures one team and one perspective at a time.”
The team at Phoebus brought openness, reflection and genuine engagement to the conversation. It was clear that inclusion is more than a policy here – it is part of how the organisation continues to grow and evolve.
We are grateful to Phoebus for inviting us back and for their forward-thinking approach to neuroinclusion. We look forward to continuing our work together and supporting more organisations that are taking steps to make their workplaces truly inclusive for neurodivergent people.
If your organisation is exploring how to support neurodivergent colleagues more effectively, we would love to start a conversation.
