Our Time at the Sixth Neurodiversity at Work Conference

Jun 6, 2025

On 21 May 2025, we were proud to exhibit and speak at the Sixth Neurodiversity at Work Conference in London. It was a powerful day of listening, learning and connecting with others who share our commitment to creating more inclusive workplaces for neurodivergent people.

Our Clinical Directors, Dr Zoe McGovern and Dr Jessica Donohoe, delivered a session titled Neurodiversity Paradigm, Neuroaffirmative Approaches, and the Evolving Understanding of Neurodivergence. Their talk explored how ideas around neurodivergence are shifting, why it matters, and how these changes can be applied in real-world workplace environments.

We had some brilliant conversations at our stand throughout the day, meeting professionals from across sectors who are eager to build neuroinclusive practices into their teams. Visitors picked up welcome packs, chatted about our assessment process, and took away resources explaining our autism and ADHD services for individuals and families. We also offered an exclusive 10% discount for private assessments for all attendees and their organisations.

It’s always a privilege to be part of events like this. As a service rooted in neuroaffirming practice, it matters to us that we show up in spaces that challenge the status quo and ask bigger questions about how society supports neurodivergent people — not just in education or healthcare, but in employment and daily life.

We’re especially passionate about supporting small to medium businesses through our new corporate partnership offer. If you’re interested in creating a more neuroinclusive workplace or offering something meaningful to your employees, email racha.hussein@autismassessmenthub.co.uk to receive our detailed corporate partnership booklet.
